Return to the Woman Within
In this space, we will help you read your body’s signals and create a lifestyle that supports the woman you are becoming.
My Philosophy
At The Daphne Jean, I believe a woman’s body is always speaking. Your cravings, mood shifts, cycle changes, energy dips, menstrual patterns, cervical mucus, hunger cues, and desire are not random. They are signals from a body asking to be understood, supported, and respected. My work is rooted in body literacy, postpartum hormone support, cycle awareness, and feminine self-awareness.
As a Certified Fast Like a Girl Coach and menstrual cycle coach in training, I help postpartum mothers learn how to read the 5 body signals — hunger, blood, mucus, mood, and desire — so they can make more aligned choices around food, rest, fasting if appropriate, movement, intimacy, boundaries, and daily rhythm. This is not about forcing your way back to who you were before motherhood. It is about becoming the woman motherhood is inviting you to become: more aware, more nourished, more connected, more confident, and more alive in her body. Every mother’s body is different. Your birth experience, cycle return, emotional patterns, lifestyle, cravings, energy, relationship to food, relationship to desire, and personal goals all matter. That is why this work is not one-size-fits-all. It is personal, thoughtful, and designed to help you build self-trust through understanding your own body.
My mission is to help postpartum mothers stop fighting their bodies and start reading them — so they can support their hormones, reclaim their rhythm, and return to the vibrant woman within.
If this is you

You are in the right place.
-
You cannot lose the postpartum weight no matter how clean you eat
-
You lose yourself completely for one to two weeks every month
-
You snap at your family and hate yourself for it afterward
-
You have been told by your doctor that everything looks normal
-
You cannot remember the last time you felt like yourself
Your body is not broken. It has been speaking. And nobody taught you to read it.
